DILEGENTLY SERVING WITH PRAISE

Psalm 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

To my fellow readers, praise isn’t something who we are, but something that we are called to do. When we do praise the Lord, then we become “Praisers” of His holy name! We are worshippers by our obedience unto the Lord, and we are Praisers by response to the Kingdom commission. We are to Praise God in ALL things, as we are commissioned by The King Himself to serve Him!

Now, it is God’s nature to bless His children. Blessing in the sense of not what feeds our own praise, but what feeds into His praise! Don’t think God only blesses us time to time so that others can praise us for what God has given us. God’s nature is to receive ALL glory, which is Praise! God shares His glory, His praise with no man. All praise and Glory goes to Him!

Isaiah 42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another

As we see in Deuteronomy 28, in part of Moses’ final address to the children of Israel, the Lord through Moses speaks of the blessings and great abundance that will be given to Israel IF they will diligently listen to His voice and observe His commands to DO them! In other words, they were called to serve God, according to the words in which He spoke to them, in order to receive great blessings in all that pertains to the purpose of God upon them as a people and as a nation!

Matthew 4:4 … he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

We are called to be a people, who not only live life out of the Bible, but also by every 'Rhema' word that is presently being spoken to us by the mouth of God! To daily commune with the Holy Spirit, of what God is speaking! We are called to serve Him, no doubt about that.

Moses than speaks of the warnings that will come upon Israel IF they did not diligently, or let’s just say….Patiently, listen to the voice of God, that God will allow cursings (plural, more than one) to come upon who ever decided to neglect the voice of God and disobey. The Lord said concerning the cursings he would allow…

Deuteronomy 28:46-47 (46) And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever. (47) Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;

We see as it is written, that the Lord expects us to serve Him, not only by doing whatever He says, but doing it with a certain criteria of the heart. The heart is required to be in Praise mode, while on commission to the very word of God. We got a reason to praise God always, even when it doesn’t make sense!

What caused David to diligently wait upon the Lord to fulfill the word about being king over Israel was because He diligently heard the voice of God. And not only that, but in the midst of being a man on the run, running with diligence, He decided to Praise God, while He ran! David served God; He served Him diligently with Praise!

Something happens when we Praise the Lord! A force field begins to cover us, as we diligently serve God. You know what should happen when we lift that shield of faith? We should be Praising God!

Don’t forget how King Jehoshaphat’s army was called to Praise God at the front lines of the battle! II Chronicles 20:21-22 (21) And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever. (22) And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

I encourage you my fellow reader that if the enemy is coming to attack, well Praise God! Thank God, for it, because God is using that circumstance to receive Glory through your praising lips! It’s not the trial that perfects you, but how you respond to that trial, that determines your perfection in Christ!

As David ran TO Goliath, to not only defeat him, but to Praise God in front of him! Praising the Lord concerning the issue of covenant in which David shared with God, right in front of the giant’s face! So are we to stand upon the rock of our Salvation, through Jesus Christ, Praising Him, even in front of our giants! Why? Because we got covenant with the Almighty Living God, that’s why. As King Jehoshaphat’s men ran to the front lines of battle, wage a good war fare, so are we called to wage a good ware fare, so we called to Praise God diligently in all things, even the battle!

Just think beloved that every day God allows us to wake up, we have His given breath of LIFE within us! I believe He didn’t give it to us, to just keep us going to our own business, but our business is with the Lord! He gave us breath, so that as long as we have it, we are called to Praise Him! Think beloved, that God breathed LIFE in us, so that even when death comes knocking at our door, we can let the breath out of our mouths in Praise toward God, so that when life meets death, death has to leave! Let us pick up the piton daily! The piton of diligently serving our Lord with Praise! Running the race with diligence in our mind and God’s Praise within our hearts! With that and the surety of covenant we have with Jesus being born again recieving heart circumcision, receive the Blessings of the Lord!

Psalm 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

God Bless
