GOD (THE ONE AND ONLY)

John 1:1-3 (KJV), (1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) The same was in the beginning with God. (3) All things were made by him: and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Isaiah 55:8-9 (KJV), (8) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. (9) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Hebrews 3:4 (KJV), For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.

John 4 :24 (KJV), God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.

Man cannot understand the full concept of God in its fullness. However we can understand God as He is and in fact/definite reality. I do not say this to persuade you to believe in God, I am just sharing my love to you about Him (as my dear sister in the Lord always points out to me), who IS ON THE THRONE!

To my fellow reader, it is not of my desire, motive, nor intention to persuade anyone to believe, but as a co-laborer with Christ, to share about his reality and relationship in which He longs to have with you, a relationship full of love and life, eternal and great possibilities and purpose, specifically for each of those who will simply believe and embrace Him into their hearts. I just am willing to be used and he will do the work.

I say to everyone, saved and unsaved, that we all don't need, only information added with illumination, but a realization! What that means is, so many can talk about God with the information they know of and from the Word of God, and can illuminate what they are speaking, with their boldness and zealousness (which is required and shows forth a good fruit of passion), however the people listening, all need a realization of God's existence at a personal level. All people need it.

The only factor that draws people away from God or hearing about God is accountability. The existence of God brings to light, accountability. So many people try to just be accountable to themselves and control their own lives, but they can't. Now there may be someone who seems good. He has money, gives money to the poor, is a family man, etc. However, no one knows his heart, but God. God deals with the heart and looks at the heart, not so much at outward appearance or action.

Religion says, "you must do this and that to get favor/blessings from God" Relationship says, "God, have your spirit come into me and make me new, cleanse me internally and outwardly, that you may dwell with in me, not for the sake of others approval, but for my own sake to be in you and your approval, and obtain a true; one on one relationship with you Lord"

2 Chronicles 16:9 (KJV), For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him....

Now you might say, "Well no one is perfect, it's impossible" Well for us, we aren't perfect. We were born into sin, except for Jesus. He was born by the spirit of God of a virgin, who was untouched. Now the focus is on God/ Jesus, not Mary. Mary was used mightily of God; however she is human and was born into sin as well as all of us. We are to worship the Lord Jesus Christ who is God and Him alone (Matthew 17:1-6). However, it is possible to be perfect, as a man of God unto all GOOD WORKS.

2 Timothy 3:15-17 (KJV), (15) And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. (16) All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: (17) That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Some wonder, who is God? Where did he come from? How does He exist? Why doesn't He reveal himself to all people? If there is a God, why did he create and make everything? Why didn't God just strike us dead if we are sinners? Why does God allow bad situations to happen to me? These are many questions that linger and are verbalized from the hearts and minds of many who aren't or are newly saved, or even religious.

I will answer them, not so spiritually that you, my fellow reader, won't be able to understand, but truthfully. 1 Corinthians 3:1-2, (1) And I (Apostle Paul), brethren (you, if unsaved), could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.(2) I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it,... I can speak to you in a spiritual mindset and by the spirit, only if you are filled with the spirit of God, in order to receive and understand the mysteries of God, in which He reveals. You must be baptized in the spirit, (usually evidenced by the speaking of other tongues an unlearned heavenly language, all in its own). Mark 1:8 (KJV), I (John the Baptist, man born into sin, but used of God to prepare the way of the coming of the Lord) indeed have baptized you with water: but he (Jesus Christ/ God) shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost (same as Holy Spirit).

1) Who is God, what is He, and How did he come to be in existence?

God was not born or birthed as we all were. He created it all, the framework of the world, but not the things of this world (murder, lying, adultery, just plain sin) as presently known. (Read the Word of God and previous blog: Satan). He /God IS, (not was in), but He IS THE beginning and THE end. He is eternal, because God is a Spirit! John 4:24, God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Therefore, is a spirit born? Does a spirit die? No, a spirit lingers. The most important statement in the Word of God/Bible is in Genesis 1:1, In the Beginning...God...God IS (Greek words) The Alpha (dictionary meaning: first, the beginning) and Omega (dictionary meaning: the last of ANY series, the end).

2) If God is real; why doesn't He reveal himself to everyone on this planet, why did he create everything, why didn't he just strike us all dead if we are sinners, isn't He a wrathful God?

Psalm 14:1, The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.

Perhaps this story will help you understand. A young 5 year-old boy gets in trouble and his parents punish him. They tell the boy to go to his room and be in "time-out". During the little boy's time of sitting in his room and reflecting on what he did that cause him to be in time-out, hatred builds up in him toward his parents. So when his time was up, he went to his parents and said, " mom, dad, from this day I decided that you both are not real, you both are a figment of my imagination." Both parents are stunned that their little 5 year-old son came up with this decision. Now the parents are at first hurt by their son's decision of how he observes them to be. So the Father says to his son, "Well answer me this son? If your mother and I don't exist to you, then how did you get this roof over your head? The clothes on your back? The dinner on your plate? How son?" Now think, my fellow reader, didn't the little boy's decision seem foolish? You might say, "Well, he is 5 years old, every kid pretends, it's of the nature of a 5 year old" Well, you are right. So therefore, it's of the nature of our flesh our analytical/carnal mind to believe foolishly that God doesn't exist. There is so much more that is and can be proven and can be spoken to re-enforce the existence of God, however due to the length of this writing and the requirement of the infilling of God's Spirit with in us, I will move on to another question out of many, that people ask concerning God.

John 3:16-18 (KJV), (16) For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son (Jesus Christ), that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (17) For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (18) He that believeth on him (Jesus) is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Due to God's infinite love and abundance of mercy (shown more than His wrath in the Old Testament), God sent his Son to spare all of our lives, that if we believe in the promise that Jesus came to fulfill. Our life on earth is spared and connected with God in His will and relationship with him, through Jesus Christ. King David in a psalm in the book of Psalms, which David wrote most of, by the influence of God said (paraphrased), "Due to the abundance of your mercy, my life is spared from the clutches of my enemies..."

Let's re-evaluate John 3:16, For GOD (Creator of all things) so LOVED (Creator's desire/ inner emotion of His spirit) the world, that he GAVE (an action from the Creator, influenced by His desire and heart) his ONLY (Creator's only possession, Himself in form of a man) begotten SON (Jesus Christ), that whosoever believeth in him SHOULD NOT PERISH, but have EVERLASTING LIFE (An eternal promise, rooted from the initial love of God, the Creator of the beginning of all time and season known unto man/us).

God sent himself in the image of a man, but filled with the Spirit of God, to go through life as human, being tempted (Hebrews 3: 7-10), but not giving into the temptations of the flesh, but driven by the Spirit of the Father, which was in Christ, living perfect in and by the Spirit/ Will of God to take on the sins of the world/ every man/ every sin known to man/ all that's against God and His will, that when the time came, Jesus would bare all the faults/sins of man on himself, even though he was blameless to them all. All in order to re-connect us back to God. Isaiah 53: 5.

God created everything for His pleasure. So that all things that He created may worship Him, and bring pleasure to Him. Also, in most of all accounts, God's wrath was delivered toward man in the Old Testament, there was some way or another showing of God's mercy toward man in correction/re-direction/ commandment, but due to man's rebellion man accepted the wrath of God or death, instead of life. But thank God, that He sent his only Son Jesus as a final sacrifice for all mankind!

3) Why does God allow bad situations to happen to me, if He loves me so much?

Well, did you ever think that perhaps God is allowing such situations to take place, so your eyes will open up and see how desperate you need God in your life daily? God does not start bad situations, the devil does, but God allows them. So we His children (us) will come to him for help and covering. So that when He does answer the cry of His children/people, by complying and defeating the tactics of Satan, we shall worship and exalt Him. Thank God for His salvation through Jesus Christ. Praise the name of Jesus! For none of us can get to the Father, but through Jesus Christ.

I encourage you, my fellow reader, to seek after God, through the Lord Jesus Christ. Read His Word, the Bible to gain more of the mind of God. Seek after your Father. There is so much more about God that has not been said, so I encourage you to not just read what I wrote, but to find out for yourself, the reality and promise of the one and only God!

Psalm 57: 10-11 (KJV), (10) For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds. (11) Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: let thy glory be above all the earth.

God Bless
