THE KING'S FIRST JUDGEMENT

Isaiah 26:16 LORD, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them.

Deuteronomy 14:26 And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,

To my fellow reader and believer in the faith, before beginning to read this blog, I just want to first state that I am nothing more or less than just a young disciple and servant of the Lord, to the church, and to my spiritual father. I occupy no specific office ordained by the Lord, but simply would like to share with you what the Holy Spirit has shown me by scripture concerning a time of judgment (not wrath) upon His church. This is in no way to condemn anyone, but rather to encourage all for the chastening of such a loving Father toward His children.

Before we begin, I also want to get one thing straight. God’s judgment is NOT the same as God’s wrath! God’s wrath is total punishment, but His judgment is His chastening, dealing and correction with the people.

Job 5:17 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:

In transition from the end of II Samuel into I Kings, we see the transition of Kingdom establishment from King David to King Solomon. Once the Kingdom was given to Solomon as David made ready to die, the Lord visited Solomon in a dream and asked Solomon what He shall grant him. Solomon’s response was... Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people? I Kings 3:9

I Kings 3:10-11 (10) And the speech pleased the LORD, that Solomon had asked this thing. (11) And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment;

The first plan of action in Solomon’s term of office as King was to judge The Lord’s people, as they would come TO HIM for judgment.

Solomon writes… My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: Proverbs 3:11

Hebrews 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

We now come to understand by the scriptures that we as sons of The Heavenly Father should not hate correction, but rather receive it with thankful hearts, for His love is made known through His chastening!

Proverbs 28:5 Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things.

We, the Church, have grown to mistaken the judgment of God to be His wrath! Have we not read the word of God? Have we not studied the Bible to see the very nature of The Lord we serve? Yet MANY in the Church have put themselves up to be leaders and even judgers, but yet falsely discerned the word of the Lord! How is this? It’s because many within the “Christian norm” stand in fear and slothfulness thinking Jesus alone will do it all and we can just watch, doing our own agenda in the house of God yet neglecting the King’s commission to be co laboring with Him in establishing His Kingdom! Foolishness lurks in the halls, lobbies, and sanctuaries of most churches! Many saying Jesus wants a spotless church, yet not realizing He wants US to be spotless before Him, by seeking after His judgment!

There is a remnant and holy movement that will take place among a generation that will be hungry to seek after the Lord’s correction, because many of the “appointed” judgers mislead the Church due to their own lack of seeking after the chastening of the Holy Spirit and quenching it within the Church corridors, under government rotundas, in school assemblies, down to the very living rooms within family households. I desire every Church who loves the Lord, to be involved in this next outpouring, this next Lion movement! But no one will be involved if we allow the false thought of God’s wrath to be His judgment!

King Solomon’s first judgment dealt with two women who came unto him seeking after his righteous judgment.

I Kings 3:17-22 (17) And the one woman said, O my lord, I and this woman dwell in one house; and I was delivered of a child with her in the house. (18) And it came to pass the third day after that I was delivered, that this woman was delivered also: and we were together; there was no stranger with us in the house, save we two in the house. (19) And this woman's child died in the night; because she overlaid it. (20) And she arose at midnight, and took my son from beside me, while thine handmaid slept, and laid it in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom. (21) And when I rose in the morning to give my child suck, behold, it was dead: but when I had considered it in the morning, behold, it was not my son, which I did bear. (22) And the other woman said, Nay; but the living is my son, and the dead is thy son. And this said, No; but the dead is thy son, and the living is my son. Thus they spake before the king.

Here we see two women, both were harlots who are part of the same house, fighting over a child. As we read, one woman lay on top of her child and killed him! After realizing she killed her son, immediately she took the son of the other woman, as if it was her own! A feud was created between the two women over the living son, all because one woman was not careful with her child and wound up killing him!

After repeating all that he has heard from the two women, King Solomon then said… (25)And the king said, Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one, and half to the other. (26) Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it. I Kings 3:25-26

The Holy Spirit showed me something. Both women resemble two churches. Since both women were harlots, I believe we can all agree and discern that many churches today who act upon a “Christ-less” agenda, substituting it for a self Kingdom agenda are considered to be a harlot church. The scripture tells us that both of these women were living in ONE house. So these two churches consider themselves to be part of ONE Church, the Church of Christ, yet clearly blinded by impurity! Both churches (women) had a God given gift (son), but one quenched the anointing, by killing the gifting and tried to rob the other church’s gifting with envy.

I believe, since Solomon saw that they were living the life of a harlot that it would not matter if the son should be divided in half between the two, which will take the LIFE right out of the boy! So what would it matter to them, they submitted themselves to live a life of sin, which is death! Perhaps he thought, they both at least can have part of the carcass (body) of the young boy! Since in fact they being harlots are so use to giving there own body to the abuse and lust of others, so what difference is it to them, that they have half of a dead body?

You see I believe the woman who truly was the mother of the living son, realized that even though she ruined her life, her ministry all together, that she had in possession a gift given which contained life! The other woman who destroyed her gift was unwilling to confess what she has done and was filled with envy to rob the other woman of her God given gift. She didn’t confess what she has done and therefore she allowed jealousy to infiltrate her heart and even willing to have the other child killed!

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

I believe that even though the Church has functioned as a dead harlot church, that when the grace of God comes in, in the form of a gift, a gift of life is presented before the harlot church, that there is a time slot for confession and repentance! The gift is Jesus Christ!

Job 1:21… the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.

I believe the Lord has and is giving the Church an open opportunity to confess, repent, and get back into covenant relationship with the purpose of the Kingdom of God! However, to many times we may take for granted the very gifting God has given us and totally misuse it and eventually kill it. Just because one may flow in the anointing doesn’t mean that the church is in order! God anoints whomever He wants to anoint to reach a people. He anointed a donkey to speak, the Bible tells us! He doesn’t need our permission, but He will like a surrendered heart! It is possible to be a public success, but yet a private failure!

We definitely need the anointing, for the word says… for the Kingdom of God is not in word, but in power I Corinthians 4:20. However we will not fully obtain it if we allow envy and strife corrupt our heart, allowing it to effect the heart of the church.

As he heard the foolish and jealous request from the woman who lost her child, in all righteousness Solomon judged saying the child that is alive will stay whole with the woman God has given him to!

The Lord hates when there is envy, strife and whoredom within His church! The Lord said in Matthew 16:18… and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. When the Lord built and established His church, His intent for it was to obtain and abide in the functioning power of His anointing, Him who is the Christ, the anointed one, that the very gates of HELL shall NOT prevail against it! So why are many churches calling themselves the church of Christ, yet opening the very gates of hell within the church, by opening themselves up to uncovenantal relationships and nature!

But I encourage us all beloved! God sent us His gift, which is His only beloved son! That whosoever believeth in Him should not PERISH but have ETERNAL life! (John 3:16). Beloved, The Church should not live like a harlot! We have been given the son of God, Jesus Christ who has come to give us life and life more abundantly! Only by Him the church is built! The church was never created to hold the occupation of prostitution, of death, but rather to hold the occupation as an embassy of the Kingdom of God, representing life eternal! To be the gateway between heaven and earth, between life and death! That’s why it’s Christ’s church, because He holds the keys of hell and the grave! Only in Him we can receive life! He gives us plenty of opportunities to confess, repent, receive the judgment and inherit life! Thank God that when there may be many fathers who leave there families, that our Heavenly Father is chastening after us! We just have to embrace the chastening; we must embrace the judgment and be restored daily into the purpose of covenant with His Kingdom! In that we will not be quick to envy, but rejoice in the gifting that God has made available to us all!

As Solomon first judged the two women of one house, he being a shadow and type of Christ, is showing us by that event that King Jesus will first judge His church. Let’s get back in order to His plan and enter His gates with thanksgiving in our hearts, enter His courts with praise! Let’s rejoice because He has made us glad! Rejoice for the goodness that the Lord has brought to others and the the blessings He has given to His Church!

Hebrews 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

Galatians 5:22-23 (22) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, (23) Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

God Bless
